Health Tips
Avoid the Flu Virus
Viruses and bacteria cause colds, flu, and other infections. Most of us have had a virus of some kind and are especially vulnerable during the winter. Human viruses symptoms such as the flu virus and cold virus, include sore throat, fever, congestion, cough. A human virus tends to spread through offices, schools, day care and homes, no matter where you live. Viruses are also responsible for many other serious, often deadly infectious diseases such as the SARS virus or Birdflu. It is possible to get some, although not complete protection from viruses through the use of air purifiers.
Tips – Pureaire Revitalisers
The bedroom is particularly a vunerable place. Bacterias can fester in the night and bugs in the bed multiply in a warm moist environment. In the morning open your windows (even if just for 5 minutes in the winter). Draw your duvets down from your bed, and open your wardrobes, then put on your revitaliser. It will help reduce the mugginess and the essences will spread sweet odours in your wardrobe and bedroom.
Some obvious yet important tips to prevent spreading of flu virus and other viruses:
